From the days of gone by...

The residents of 30-A are privy to one of the most gorgeous and unique shoreline settings in the country, with few whose natural features rival it. The properties and land that we feature reflect the distinctiveness of the area and the lifestyle that precipitates from it.

Nestled amid a serene canvas of ecologic wonders and the tranquil shores of the Gulf of Mexico sit the spectacular properties that line beautiful Scenic 30-A, where time passes at a more leisurely pace and life's smaller worries are carried away on the melody of nature's restful sonnet.

Bike paths are everywhere and connect the different communities of our beaches. Perhaps, the most inviting aspect, of living or vacationing along the Beaches of South Walton 30-A, are the coastal dune lakes that are scattered the entire length of 30-A. There are about a dozen of these lovely, scenic bodies of water that lead out to the bright blue waters of the Gulf. If bigger water, with bigger fishing, is your game, Choctawhatchee Bay lays just about five or six miles just north of us. Bike paths are simply everywhere and connect the villages of our beaches
